We’ve asked our Padre Pads hosts to commit to our five-step enhanced cleaning procedures, which excedes most basic cleaning protocols, to sanitize their entire rental property. The process is imperative in helping to make sure that our guests and hosts stay healthy and safe.
Your safety as host and guest is our top priority. We’ve structured our new cleaning procedures around guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and we will continue to closely monitor for any updates as COVID-19 evolves over time. We also encourage you to monitor for any updates from the CAMERON COUNTY. Rest assured, Padre Pads Vacation Rentals is doing everything in its power to keep you and your family safe.
Our hosts’ housekeepers, technicians and staff have been trained to maintain proper and safe cleaning techniques and appropriately use personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks and protective footwear.
When possible, the time between guests at a property is extended to a minimum of 24 hours to allow any airborne particles to settle so we can help keep our housekeepers safe while they completely disinfect the premises. If possible, open outside doors and windows to let the island breeze in to increase the circulation of fresh air.
