Locally grown is the name of this game: having been working in hospitality locally on South Padre Island for over a decade, one day while chillin on the beach after a sunrise wave session during the 2020 Pandemic, 3 local amigos tired of watching both local owners and renters lose out and get taken advantage of believed that local homeowners and vacationers deserve better. They brainstormed based on their personal experience as local renters and owners discussing hospitality and customer service to ensure the highest quality properties on the Island and the software to make it super user friendly; we take care of our owners and get them booked, our owners take care of you!
We saw our friends & family homeowners were stuck needing to contract with the big-box property managers to try to get bookings and were giving away pet fees, late fees and losing money on high booking fees while their properties where taking the wear and tear from unvalidated renters and as owner they always saw less profit. Padre Pads was created to cater to the real needs of real local property owners and local property managers to rent directly to verified renters cutting out the middle-man while disrupting the property vacation rental market to the advantage of the renter and our owners.
